Our approach

Independent advice aligned with your goals, not our products

JAADE Finance exists to serve one interest: yours. Every recommendation we make is grounded in a fiduciary obligation to act in your best interest, supported by a fee structure that removes the conflicts inherent in commission-based models.

Fee-only fiduciary

Your advisor works for you, not for a commission

JAADE Finance operates exclusively as a fee-only advisory firm. Our advisors do not receive commissions, referral fees, or any form of product-based compensation. The fee you pay is the only fee we earn.

This structure exists for a specific reason: it removes the incentive to recommend one product over another based on what it pays the advisor. When your advisor evaluates a mutual fund, an insurance policy, or a tax strategy, the recommendation reflects one criterion — whether it serves your financial goals.

We are held to the fiduciary standard of care, which is the highest legal standard in the financial services industry. A fiduciary must act in the client's best interest, disclose all material conflicts, and provide advice with the care, skill, and diligence that a prudent professional would exercise. This is not a marketing claim. It is a legal obligation that governs every engagement.

Independent guidance

Advice without product agendas

JAADE Finance is not affiliated with any bank, insurance company, or investment product provider. We do not manufacture financial products, and we do not maintain preferred product lists that reward our firm for directing client assets toward specific offerings.

Independence means our advisors evaluate the full landscape of available options when building your plan. If a lower-cost index fund serves your objectives better than an actively managed alternative, that is the recommendation you will receive. If an insurance policy is unnecessary for your situation, we will say so plainly.

Our fee structure is disclosed before any engagement begins. You will know exactly what you pay, how it is calculated, and what services it covers. There are no hidden charges, no layered fees, and no surprises at the end of a quarter.

Long-term perspective

Financial planning measured in years and decades

Short-term market movements generate noise. JAADE Finance builds plans designed to withstand that noise and remain aligned with objectives that unfold over years and decades — retirement funding, education planning, business succession, estate transfer.

Your advisor will not call you to react to a single quarter's results. Instead, we review your plan at regular intervals against the milestones that matter to you. When circumstances change — a new business venture, a family transition, a shift in tax law — your plan adapts. The strategy remains anchored to your goals, not to market sentiment.

This discipline requires patience, and we are candid about that. A long-term approach means accepting periods of underperformance relative to short-term benchmarks. We will explain the rationale behind every allocation decision, and we will not change course based on headlines.

Proactive partnership

Your advisor calls you first

Many advisory relationships follow a passive model: the client checks in when they have a question, and the advisor responds. JAADE Finance operates differently. Our advisors are required to initiate contact at defined intervals and whenever a material change affects your plan.

This means you will hear from your advisor before tax season to review harvesting opportunities. You will receive a call when a regulatory change impacts your estate plan. You will be contacted when your portfolio drifts beyond its target allocation — not when you happen to notice it yourself.

Proactive outreach is not a courtesy. It is a structural component of how we deliver advice. The value of a financial plan diminishes if it sits unreviewed while the circumstances it was built around evolve.

Comprehensive planning

Four disciplines, one coordinated plan

Financial decisions do not exist in isolation. A portfolio allocation affects your tax liability. An insurance policy interacts with your estate plan. A business structure influences both. JAADE Finance coordinates across four core disciplines to ensure that each decision reinforces the others.

Portfolio management

Asset allocation, rebalancing, and ongoing monitoring aligned with your risk tolerance, time horizon, and specific financial objectives.

Tax coordination

Tax-loss harvesting, Roth conversion analysis, and strategic account placement to manage your annual tax position within your broader plan.

Insurance review

Evaluation of life, disability, liability, and long-term care coverage to identify gaps and eliminate redundancies in your current policies.

Estate planning

Coordination with your legal counsel on beneficiary designations, trust structures, and transfer strategies to ensure your plan reflects your intentions.

Your advisor serves as the central coordinator across these disciplines, working alongside your CPA, attorney, and insurance professionals to ensure alignment. We do not replace your existing professionals — we ensure they are working from the same plan.

Getting started

How engagements begin

Every engagement at JAADE Finance follows a structured process designed to establish clarity before any commitment is made.

01

Initial conversation

A 30-minute introductory call with a senior advisor. We listen to your situation, answer your questions about our approach, and determine whether our services are appropriate for your needs. There is no obligation and no fee for this conversation.

02

Discovery and data gathering

If we proceed, your advisor conducts a thorough review of your current financial position — accounts, policies, tax returns, estate documents, and any existing plans. This step ensures we understand where you stand before recommending where to go.

03

Plan presentation

Your advisor presents a written financial plan with specific recommendations, projected scenarios, and a clear explanation of the rationale behind each suggestion. You review the plan, ask questions, and request modifications before any action is taken.

04

Implementation and ongoing service

Once you approve the plan, your advisor implements the agreed-upon recommendations and begins the ongoing cycle of monitoring, proactive outreach, and periodic review that defines the JAADE Finance relationship.

Clarity in every decision

If you are evaluating financial advisors, we welcome the opportunity to explain our approach in detail. The initial conversation carries no fee and no obligation.
